The hotel is surprisingly awesome and new. The bathroom is especially very modern and comfortable. The design of the whole room is with very nice taste. No wonder it's Milan, the best city for fashion furniture design in the world. The location is also excellent, literally the train station is just what you see from the hotel window. The service is also good. The janitors just didn't take the tips we put there.

Breakfast was pretty basic, but it was ok.

Convenient to Milano Centrale with a good price. Nice modern design and clean.

Wifi was not very good. Cut out a lot and had a weak signal (room 103), which was an inconvenience since we were counting on having internet there.

We have booked 2 rooms one is double room, which is big and very nice modern decorated, there are 2 build-in beds also which i think this room is for family with children as well. We like the room very much. However, the single room that we had was quite small. The staff was nice. Breakfast were included, it contains yogurts, apple, croissiant and coffee, which is enough for us Overall, it is a very nice hotel for this price.

The hotel and room was extremely well redecorated in a modern and pleasant design, with a lot of taste. The room was rather large, with a beautiful bathroom and a seperate wc.. When I return to Milano I will certainly stay in this hotel. I can recommend this hotel.

Location is the only good thing about it.

The room had nothing to do with the photos on the website. In addition to that it was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen and the window was more like a hole instead of a real window. The bed linen was dirty and the hotel staff did not speak proper English or Italian. Altough I paid upon check out, the hotel still did not release an other deposit on my bank account for the same amount after 9 days. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was a very good stay in this hotel.It's ideal for moving.The rooms are modern and the staff friendly and diligent.I hope to repeat.

Poor sign age to the hotel, poor entrance, as had to ring buzzer to get in? Breakfast was just a coffee and cake? Receptionists were not english speaking.

Klick Hotel is a small family(?)-run hotel that occupies one floor of an office building. For someone that only needs a room to sleep it is perfect. It is very close to the stazione centrale, and the rooms though small are clean and comfortable. The staff is chinese, so if you speak chinese this could be helpful. Important to note that the hotel has absolutely no facilities other than the rooms, but the surrounding area provides plenty of convenient options for meals.

The heating in our room was stuck. Outside was -6 degrees, but inside it felt like 30 degrees.

No internet. First we had internet, second night we had no internet and we moved to another hotel. Girl who worked at night could reset the modem.

I got what I wanted. So good.

Wi-Fi didn't work well in my room. There was very bad connection in the "Skapy"
